The Site is operated by CoreProvider LLC, doing business as EveryHour Energy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site provides information about our energy infrastructure services for affordable housing developers and a form to submit a portfolio screening request.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

Submitting a portfolio screening request through the Site does not create a binding agreement, partnership, or commitment between you and EveryHour Energy. Submission indicates your interest in learning more about our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any screening request at our sole discretion.

By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of the organization named in the submission.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Infrastructure Readiness Index (IRI) methodology, and software — is the property of CoreProvider LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on the Site regarding energy savings, utility rates, or program outcomes is provided for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreProvider LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.
